This website is a collection of courses intended to spur professional development among various industry leaders. Working with a curriculum, and learning designer can improve a companies effectiveness and increase revenue. The ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) will be utilized to analyze the specific needs of the learners, and the organization. Design objectives are systematically approached to determine content, subject matter, lesson planning, etcetera. Designers will work alongside your SME’s (subject matter experts) to pass on industry knowledge through trainings. Learning theories are adapted to shape and define the outcome of the instructional materials. Development of multimedia, audio, and video assets will reinforce concepts and emphasize learning of desired outcomes. Implementation includes training of facilitators to understand course curriculum, learning outcomes, delivery methods, and testing procedures to ensure the course content is streamlined and implicit. The Evaluation phase is a multi-faceted formula consisting of formative and summative assessments; which, ensures students internalize the lessons and can apply them to real-world scenarios. Identification and implementation of more effective and efficient methods for designing, developing, deploying course material is an ongoing process to ensure quality instruction.
